Registrations for the 2026 season.
Youth Football is for players entering the Team Development Phase, where they experience 11v11 football for the first time. At this stage, player motivation becomes more diverse — some players will enjoy the social side of football, while others will seek development opportunities to reach their potential. Players usually have strong core skills but are also going through significant physical, psychological, and social change. Training and games place greater emphasis on physical preparation, injury prevention, and effective warm-ups, while developing positional play and game-specific understanding.
U14 (age 14): One 60-minute game each week, played 11v11. Goal size: 7.3 x 2.4m.
U15 (age 15): One 70-minute game each week, played 11v11. Goal size: 7.3 x 2.4m.
U17 (ages 16–17): One 80-minute game each week, played 11v11. Goal size: 7.3 x 2.4m.
Sessions focus on applying core skills in position-specific and game-based scenarios, while placing importance on strength, conditioning, and safe training habits. Players can expect training once or twice a week, depending on their team and competition level.
