Welcome to North Wellington FC

We are today known as North Wellington Football Club, founded in 1972 after an amalgamation of Onslow (founded 1934) & Johnson Villa (founded 1951) clubs.

The original club colours of Sky Blue & Claret are from the Johnson Villa club, todays home and away kits are a nod to the past.

North Wellington Football Club is proudly one of the largest clubs in Wellington with over 1,000 playing members. 

2023 was an extremely successful year for the club in the Youth space – all 4 of our sides competing in their respective leagues in the Talent Development Programme (TDP) won their leagues.

We wish to extend a welcome to all of our members and supporters to Alex Moore Park as well as all opposition supporters, players and club members and officials.
