Beverley Smith Memorial Cup - Club Coach, Manager or Team Liaison

Beverley Smith (nee Shugg) died of breast cancer in Auckland on 7 April 2008 - aged 47 years.

She was a former player of the Womens Division 5 team. She was a past winner of the Jack Thomson Memorial Cup (for Sports Person / Committee Member) in 1979, when aged 19.


This club award is to be made to the person (be they coach, manager, or team liaison) who has contributed in a voluntary capacity to the advancement of football by inspiring the love of the game.
