Capital Football has recently released a Junior Handbook, designed to support clubs across the region in delivering a great experience for all involved in junior football.

The handbook brings together a wide range of useful information into one place, making it a valuable resource for anyone involved in the junior space – including coaches, administrators, and volunteers. While its primary focus is on junior football, it also includes guidance that’s relevant more broadly across club environments.

We encourage all of our North Wellington coaches, managers, and junior football volunteers to take the time to read through the handbook and refer to it throughout the season. It’s a great tool to help ensure consistency, understanding, and support as we work together to provide the best possible experience for our junior players.
