2012 Junior Club Registration:

Payment of Registration Subscription:

The following options are available for paying 2012 Registration Fees:

Paypal/Credit Card - This NEW facility is available (follow instructions once you have registered online).

Direct Credit - NWJFC Westpac 030502-0600700-01 (You must include your child's name when making online payment).

Cheque - deliver payment on one of our registration days or post payment to P O Box 13-538, Johnsonville (again if paying by cheque please ensure your child's name is on the reverse of the cheque).

Cash - on registration days.

Please do not make payment by visiting a Westpac branch as we have no way of identifying who has made the payment.

Registration Rates:

Player Development Programme (players aged 3-6) $80.00 (if paid by 31 March) (if paid after 1 April price will increase to $95.00 per player)

All players in grades 7th - 14th $115 (if paid by 31 March)(if paid after 1 April price will increase to $130 per player).
